The aim of this project, initiated by the Norwegian Human Rights House Foundation, is to provide those Belarusian non-governmental organizations unable to operate in Belarus with premises for their educational activities outside the country. The House is also open to foreign organizations working on projects with Belarusian partners. Civic Belarus is one of the international partners of this project.
